Volunteers Needed

The Champlain Valley Festival is entirely organized and staffed by volunteers!! Working together we hope, once again, to make the 2009 Festival one of Vermont’s best summer happenings. We hope to welcome all of of last year’s volunteers back this summer and encourage new people to join in and be a part of our team. For most volunteer jobs, a few hours effort gets you an entire day's admission!

Special Volunteers

Are you looking for the perfect volunteer job? We have it for you.
The Champlain Valley Festival Board of Directors needs special volunteers to work on the Festival throughout the year. Some of the jobs can be done even if you live out of state! We would welcome help with marketing, newsletter editing, grant writing, maintaining membership and mailing lists, as well as other tasks.

Festival Jobs (free admission that day)

A shift during the festival entitles you to free admission for that day. Please check all jobs you would be willing and able to do. The earlier you can return this form, the better chance we have to accommodate your choices!

Pre- and Post-festival Jobs

A limited number of PRE- and POST- festival jobs will be available. An all-day set-up or all-day clean-up pre/post festival assignment entitles you to the whole festival free. (Sunday cleanup gets you in for Sunday only.) These jobs require some physically heavy lifting and carrying.
